    Account management by a Success Manager, who coordinates and liaisons for your needs aligned around your business goals.

    Success Planning and Collaboration: Initial kick-off and periodic touch points with executive sponsors and power users from your team, as well as collaboration with partners focused on measuring progress towards your business objectives.

    Customer Optimization Expertise: Sharing industry best practices when applicable on how to build a best in class, data-driven organization.

    Contentsquare Experience (CX) Community: Invitation to CX online and in-person events and communities.

    The Customer Success program delivery is limited to one country. If additional services are needed, they can be purchased as Professional Services. More details can be found here

  • Education

    Access to a self-paced, e-learning environment, support documentation, and complemented by live and recorded many training events for additional onboarding and upskilling.

    Online Learning: A series of online modules in a dedicated training environment that provide an overview of the Contentsquare Digital Experience Analytics Platform, best practices, and applications. Optional online tests lead to certification.

    Virtual Training Webinars: Online training programs led by CS Experts to train new users on CS Products, new capabilities, and use cases.

    Online Help Center: Online Help Center provides always-on support with answers to common questions.
