With Automated Data Capture, any team across your organization has access to a complete data set to answer questions instantly and retrospectively.
Using a lightweight tag on your site or SDK in your mobile app, Contentsquare anonymously tracks all behavioral and performance data. The tracking data is securely sent to our CS Cloud, where it is aggregated and transformed into actionable insights and recommendations.
You can look into data retroactively, so that you are able to see the performance of a given metric in retrospect, even if you haven’t set a goal beforehand.

Data storage
Multi-cloud, multi-region
Our cloud operates across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services with multiple geographic locations. We’ve worked hard to provide more flexibility than other Digital Experience Analytics providers, who are single cloud, single location.
The default storage location for our customers’ data is within the same region they are located, e.g. our US-based customers’ personal data is stored in the USA, and our EU-based customers’ personal data is stored in the EU.
